Prime-Ark Traveler Thornless Blackberry is an ever-bearing variety of the deciduous shrub that produces heavy yields of medium to large fruits their first year. The pink-white rose-like flowers give way to clusters of fruits in which ripen in summer on established canes and again in fall on the new growth. Fruits best in full sun and rich, moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils. Prime-Ark Traveler is self-fruiting and produces sweeter and less acidic berries, but is intolerant of wet soils.
