Pittosporum are dense rounded evergreen shrubs with whorls of dark green foliage. The tiny clusters of fragrant flowers that bloom in spring open white and age to creamy yellow before being followed by capsules that split to reveal showy red seeds. Grows best in part sun and slightly acidic well-drained soils. Drought tolerant once established.
