Whirlwind Anemone is a clumping herbaceous perennial with deeply lobed dark green foliage. The nodding fragrant semi-double flowers are pure white with bright yellow anthers bloom on long upright stems in late summer into fall followed by white wholly seedheads. Flowers best in filtered sun and moist well-drained soils.
