Daylilies are care free clumping perennial with arching grass-like deep green foliage and individual flowers that open for one day. The flowers can come in several colors and bloom from spring until frost or in summer depending on the cultivar. Best bloom in deep rich well-drained soils. Drought and salt tolerant once established. Toxic to cats.
