Stoplight Foamy Bells is an evergreen herbaceous perennial with a clumping habit grown for its vibrant basal foliage. The round-lobed leaves emerge bright yellow with red veining and matures to lime green while maintaining its red veins. Airy clusters of tiny white bell-like flowers bloom on spires in midsummer attracting butterflies. Best bloom in partial sun and moist well-drained soils.
