Midnight Masquerade Beardtongue is a dramatic native herbaceous perennial with burgundy purple lance-shaped foliage and sturdy upright dark stems. Airy panicles of small tubular rich lavender flowers with white interiors bloom in summer. Grows best in partial sun and dry to medium well-drained soil. Drought and heat tolerant.
