Blue Waterfall Bellflower is an upright rosette forming perennial with leathery toothed bright green semi-evergreen foliage. Heavy blooms of cool lavender-blue flowers with white highlights last from late spring through summer. Removing stems after flowering may encourage another bloom in fall. Flowers best in filtered sun in the South and consistently moist well-drained soils.
