Rutgers Tomato is a classic, early maturing annual with a heavy production of 6-8 oz fruits in 80 days. The sweet full-bodied red tomatoes have a thick skin and yields in several flushes. Best grown in full sun and rich, moist, acidic well-drained soils. Rutgers Select rarely has issues with cracking and is resistant to wilt and stem canker.
