White Out Rose is a very compact deciduous shrub with nearly-black green serrated foliage. Abundant blooms of lightly fragrant, creamy white flowers continue from spring until the first frost. Best grown in full sun and rich, moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils. White out is disease resistant.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Medium Maintenance. Roses are susceptible to powdery mildew, black spot, rust, and rose rosette and require regular fungicide in humid areas that experience a lot of rainfall. Pest issues include aphids, borers, scale, mites thrips, midges, and leafhoppers. Rugosa is suckering and will form dense colonies unless restrained.
