NewGen Liberty Belle Boxwood is a new dwarf fast-growing evergreen shrub cultivar with a billowy low mounding form and glossy deep green foliage.  Insignificant flowers.  Grows best in partial shade and moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils.  The NewGen series is highly resistant to to common boxwood pests and diseases!
