The Rocket Leopard Plant is a shade loving herbaceous perennial that forms a basal mound of huge saw-toothed, arrowhead-shaped light green foliage with purplish undersides on long stocks. Long purple-green flower spikes coated with yellow daisy like flowers bloom from mid summer into fall. Grows best with afternoon shade and rich moist well-drained soil.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. Do not let soils dry out. Even with adequate moisture, foliage may wilt in hot summers (but will recover at night), especially if in too much sun. Watch for slugs and snails.
