Harbor Dwarf Heavenly Bamboo is a compact mounding evergreen shrub with dense bamboo like foliage that emerges with copper tints and earn red tones in winter. The leaves and berries are highly toxic to animals. Best planted in part sun with rich, moist well-drained soils. Moderate drought tolerance once established. Harbor Dwarf is sterile.
