Hulahoop Blue Petunia is a tender herbaceous perennial grown as an annual when outside, with small rich green foliage and non-stop flowering. The large blue violet funnel-shaped flowers have broad white edging and bloom from late spring through summer. Flowers best in part shade and rich, well-drained soils. Petunias do very well as container and house plants.
