Fragrant Honeysuckle is a stiff branched bushy deciduous shrub with a spreading habit and dark green leaves that can have a blue ting.  Extremely fragrant clusters of small tube-like flowers bloom in early spring before the foliage emerges and is followed by red berries.  Grows best in the south with the roots in part sun and moist well-drained soil.
