Chef's Choice Rosemary is a small compact mounding aromatic shrub commonly used for cooking. The evergreen needle-like foliage is covered with clusters of tiny lavender blue flowers in spring through summer. Best grown in full sun and slightly acidic well-drained soils. Drought and salt tolerant. Chef's Choice has a higher oil output and spicy flavor.
