Summer Nights False Sunflower (Heliopsis helianthoides 'Summer Nights') is a striking perennial that features deep golden-yellow daisy-like flowers with chocolate-brown centers. The plant has distinctive dark purplish-red stems and dark green foliage with purple highlights. Best bloom in full sun in dry to medium well-drained soils.
