Fireball Bee Balm is an compact herbaceous perennial with sturdy upright stems and aromatic serrated dark green foliage. The fragrant glowing red fringe-like flowers blooms in dense whorls at the top of the thick stems through summer into fall, attracting bees and butterflies. Best bloom in full sun and well-drained soil.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. Root rot can be an issue in poorly-drained soils. Susceptibility to foliar diseases increase if the soil is allowed to dry. Watch for rust.
