Monrovia® Color Flash Astilbe is a colorful mounding herbaceous perennial with burgundy flushed fern-like foliage that emerges electric green and develops tints of scarlet, gold, and orange in fall. Feathery panicles of soft pale-pink flowers turn tan as they age and bloom above the leaves in summer. Flowers best in part shade and rich, moist soils. Astilbe are deer and rabbit resistant.
