Early Richmond Sour Cherry is a fruiting deciduous tree with its bright red tart cherries best used for baking ready to harvest at the turn of summer. Its white flowers bloom in late spring. Grows best in most, well-drained soils that are lightly acidic. Average age to start fruiting is 3-5 years. Early Richmond is self-pollinating, but having another pollinator would increase its yield.
