Kent Beauty Oregano is an ornamental perennial herb grown for its attractive aromatic foliage and flowers. The wiry trailing stems and silver-veined leaves are topped with short flower clusters of drooping pink flowers that last from midsummer into fall. Grows best in full sun or with light afternoon shade in Southern climates and well drained soils. Kent Beauty is generally not used in cooking.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. Root rot may occur in poorly drained soils. Fungal diseases, aphids, and spiders are occasional problems. Cut back old stems before flowering to encourage growth.
