Oscar Ruby Splash Dianthus is a mat-forming perennial with a uniform compact habit and narrow green foliage. The abundant, spicy scented, deep ruby double flowers with white edges bloom from early spring through summer.  Blooms best in full sun and slightly alkaline, moist, and well-drained soil.
