Little Miss Maiden Grass is a graceful compact grass with a dense habit of fine arching green blades that, while retaining it green center, earn purple to carmine tones that intensify in fall. Upright canes sporting red flowers show off the billowy buff colored seedheads from summer well into fall. Best color in full sun and moist well-drained soil. Tolerates salt and deer, and is drought tolerant once established.
