Red Giant Mustard is a fast-growing heirloom annual with edible, showy textured maroon foliage forming a loose head. The thick and tender foliage matures in 20-40 days and the zesty flavor intensifies in hot weather and older foliage, providing hints of horseradish. Best grown in full sun and rich, moist, acidic well-drained soils. Cold tolerant and bolt resistant.
