Blue Boy Yucca is a nearly stemless evergreen shrub with soft, arching sword-like foliage that emerges blue-grey and matures to a smoky purple. A large central stalk bearing long panicles of nodding translucent white flowers rises in summer. Best color with full sun and dry to medium well-drained soils. It is drought, salt, and shade tolerant.
