Chang's Ruby Flower is a compact rounded evergreen shrub with ruby red foliage that matures to burgundy and turns emerald green in winter. Its heavy clusters of fragrant fuchsia pink fringe-like flowers bloom in early spring. Best color in part sun and moist, acidic, well-drained soil.
