Tattoo Black Cherry Vinca is a compact annual with a mounding habit and lance like dark green foliage. The flattened 5-petaled flowers are a vibrant bright cherry red with a look of hand streaked dark purple on the petals and in the center and bloom from late spring throughout summer. Flowers best in full sun and rich well-drained soils.
