Penny Violet Tiger Face Viola is a hardy compact uniform perennial with tight branches and toothed green heart-shaped leaves leaves.  The fragrant rich violet flowers have a yellow face striped with purple whiskers and blooms in spring and fall, and can be deadheaded to prolong blooms.  Prefers full sun and moist well-drained soils.
