Toto Lemon Black-Eyed Susan is a native herbaceous perennial with an upright habit and gray green foliage.  Profuse blooms of large light yellow daisy-like flowers with a chocolate brown center disk bloom through summer until frost.  Flowers best in full sun and consistent moisture.  Fairly disease resistant and drought tolerant once established.
