Howardi Ligustrum is a dense upright evergreen shrub with spineless foliage that emerges lemon yellow and matures to a bright glossy green. The delicate fragrant white flowers bloom in spring and are followed by blue-black berries. Best color in full sun and rich well-drained soil. Howardi is drought and deer tolerant.
