Purple Beauty Pepper is a compact fast growing annual that produces peppers in 65 days. The juicy thick walled vegetables can grow to 4" and have skin with deep purple that has a red shine and bright green flesh. Best if grown in full sun and rich, moist, acidic well-drained soils. Excellent resistance to mosaic virus and leaf spot.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. Water Regularly with 1-2 inches of water per week. Do not transplant deeper than previously grown. Blight, mildew, leaf spot, and mosaic virus can be issues, especially if soil is too moist or there's not good air circulation. Aphids, borers, beetles, and cutworms can be occasional issues.
