Rosy Charm Abelia is a dense semi-evergreen to evergreen shrub with a rounded habit and dark green foliage. Profuse blooms of fragrant pale lavender bell-shaped flowers last through summer until frost and leave behind attractive pastel rose sepals that last well into fall. Flowers best in full sun and rich, moist, well-drained soils.
