Bowles Cunningham Periwinkle is a spreading evergreen herbaceous perennial with smooth upright stems and glossy rich green foliage. Solidary sky blue flowers bloom in late spring until the first frost. Grows best with part shade and moist rich well-drained soils. Can tolerate to near full shade and drought.
NOTE: Once established will grow aggressively- Listed as invasive in Georgia.
