ColorRush Merlot Star Petunia is a vigorious tender herbaceous perennial with a semi-trailing mounded habit that is grown as an annual when outside. Its small green foliage is coated by non-stop flowering of large dark scarlet funnel-shaped flowers with light center stripes on the petals that create a star that bloom from late spring into fall. The stripes become more intense in warm weather and high light Flowers best in part shade and rich, well-drained soils. Petunias do very well as container and house plants.
