New Guinea Impatiens is a popular tropical annual used for bedding with whorls of dark green to bronze foliage. The large, flattened 5-petaled flowers come in a variety of colors and bloom from late spring until frost. Grows best with morning sun and consistently moist and rich well-drained soil. Tolerates full shade. New Guinea are highly resistant to powdery mildew.
