Pink Stripe Spiderwort is a native herbaceous perennial with blade shaped lily like deep purple foliage with vibrant pink stripes. Insignificant 3-petaled deep pink flowers bloom on the stiff stems above the foliage through summer. Grows best with shade and moist well-drained acidic soils. Good drought tolerance. Treated as an annual when grown outside out of it's zones.
