Wee Bit Grumpy Hydrangea is a dwarf deciduous shrub that blooms on old wood and serrated dark green leaves with no fall color. The color of the large rounded panicles of mophead flowers depends on the soil PH - a deep red in alkaline soils, while acidic soils produce deep purple flowers. The flowers attract pollinators. Best bloom in partial sun and rich, moist well-drained soils. Improved disease resistance.
