Vanilla Strawberry Hydrangea is a deciduous shrub that gains a cascading habit under the weight of its flowers that persist until frost. The panicles bloom on new growth and open white, then turn pink and matures to red-pink with all colors at once possible and attract butterflies. While it can tolerate full sun, its best blooms are in part sun and rich, moist well-drained acidic soils.
