Monrovia® Kismet Red Echinacea is a compact freely branching native perennial with strong upright stems and aromatic dark green foliage. Heavy blooms of fragrant pure red flowers with overlapping petals and dark cones bloom through summer until the first frost if deadheaded. Thrives in full sun and well-drained soils. The flowers attract butterflies and bees, and spent stems will stay erect and attract birds if not removed. Drought tolerant.
