Snow Crown Cauliflower is an early cool season annual that produces snow white fully domed curds that mature in 50-60 days and holds its prime eating quality for up to 10 days in the garden. The crowns have a mild sweet and nutty flavor. Best if grown in rich, consistently moist well-drained loamy soils. Snow Crown has good frost tolerance, and may blush pink in summer heat which doesn't affect its flavor.
