Coco Chili Joseph's Coat is an upright mounding evergreen annual grown for its intense black-purple foliage with ruby red undersides that holds its color year round. The inconspicuous white flowers bloom through summer. Best color in full sun and rich, consistently moist well-drained soils. Coco Chili is extremely heat resistant.
