Carmen Anemone is a compact herbaceous perennial with deeply lobed dark green foliage.  Large semi-double pink flowers with a white highlight and bright yellow anthers bloom on upright stems in mid summer into fall.  Flowers best in filtered sun and moist well-drained soils.
