First Lady Rose is a vigorous yet compact reblooming deciduous shrub with an upright mounding habit and dark green foliage. Dense clusters of large fragrant lavender pink double flowers have flushes in spring and summer. Best grown in full sun and rich, moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils. First Lady has a new flush every 4-6 weeks without deadheading and has excellent resistance to black spot and powdery mildew.
