Burgundy Chinese Fringe Flower is a colorful rounded evergreen shrub with small foliage that emerges a purple-red before maturing to olive green and turning orange-red to red in fall. Clusters of hot pink fringe-like flowers bloom heavily in spring and periodically throughout the growing season. Best color in part sun and moist, acidic, well-drained soil.
