Echo Rojo is a semi-evergreen upright perennial with coarse blue-green coarse lance leaves. From the center of the basal clump, a succession of thick showy fiery orange-red flower spikes on naked stems bloom in spring and reblooms throughout late summer. Best color in full sun and rich well-drained soil. The flowers attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Drought tolerant once established.
