Sunny Border Blue Speedwell is a compact erect herbaceous perennial with crinkled deep green lance-like foliage.  Dense vertical flower spikes packed with rich violet-blue flowers top the foliage from mid spring until frost.  Grows best in full sun and well-drained soils.  Tolerates light shade.
