Pine Knot Select Lenten Rose is a highly varied late winter-blooming evergreen perennial with leathery blue green basal foliage. The clusters of outward facing flowers can range from shades of white, yellow, pink, red, or purple and spotted bloom from late winter to mid spring. Best bloom in dappled sun and moist well-drained soils. All parts of the plant are toxic if ingested.
