Pink Velour Crape Myrtle is a compact multi-stemmed deciduous shrub with exfoliating bark and unique color. The foliage emerges wine red and matures to dark purplish-green before turning orange-brown in fall. The large vibrant pink panicles bloom in summer on new wood. Best color in full sun and rich well-drained soil. Highly resistant to powdery mildew.
