Quick Fire Fab Hydrangea is an upright mounding deciduous shrub with dense blooms and leaves that turn gold and burgundy for fall. The full-sized conical panicles are long lasting beginning in midsummer and open white before gradually turning pink, and eventually dark rose-pink by mid fall. attracting butterflies. While it can tolerate full sun, its best blooms are in part sun and rich, moist well-drained acidic soils.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Medium Maintenance. Mulch soil to maintain moisture and overwinter. If pruning is needed do so after flowering. Slight susceptibility to bud blight, wilt, leaf spot, and mildew. Aphids are occasional problems.
