Yellow Shrimp Plant is an upright tropical shrub often grown as a houseplant or summer annual with large corrugated foliage. Its dramatic flower spikes are tipped with a cluster of showy bright yellow bracts and two-lipped white flowers that emerge from the bracts bloom from spring through summer. Best flowering in full sun and rich well-drained soil. Growing it a container will keep the size around 3-4 ft.
