Sprenger's Asparagus Fern is an upward spreading semi to evergreen perennial with soft and extremely fine needle-like light green foliage that holds its color in winter. The fragrant but insignificant flowers give way to abundant clusters of bright red berries in summer. Flowers best in part shade and consistently moist rich well-drained soils.
